Welcome, Milwaukee People interested in Wellness!
Body Mind Spirit is a movement class at the Center of Light that incorporates full-body stretching, Yoga, and Tai Chi basics and is free to the public. All are welcome, regardless of physical or spiritual acumen.
One student says of the class, "It is different from other exercise, Yoga, or dance classes." She says this is because she always left feeling "energized physically and spiritually. Spirit really moves here!" You are welcome to drop in, get energized, and leave feeling God's Love and Light move through the places that you normally hold tension.
