At our first meeting we discussed how the brain is the control center for all that happens in our central nervous system. Learning to self-regulate is the goal to peak performance -- and is the drug-free solution for all ages. This month we will continue our discussion about enhancing brain function and explain how 'taking your brain to the gym' has tremendous benefits in many different areas of our daily existence.
