Food is the essential source of energy for our body. Healing the body with healthy eating requires healthy cooking medium such as low fat cooking oils. Most oils have low smoking point and they get toxic when heated. There is only one cooking oil that has highest smoking point of 485. It is the Tea seed oil. It is also called the olive oil of the orient and is used in Asian cooking for thousands of years. This oil is derived from the seed of green tea. Hence has the anti-oxidant benefits. It is cholesterol free, and trans fat free. It also has very high level of Vitamin E which is good for heart. Plus omega 6 and 9. It is lowest in Saturated fats and highest in Mono unsaturated fat (the good fat). I buy it in my local grocery store for 12$ a bottle, it is Organic and natural. I use it in all my cooking baking, stir fry, sauces, marinades, salads and main dishes. Since it has no dominating flavor it is very easy to switch with any oil that a recipe requires. I highly recommend it for healthy people and give it a try. I simply love it. Since it is chemical and preservative free it is one of most natural, healthy oil available presently in the market.
