We are an international, all volunteer, non-sectarian meditation group. We meditate together and share information on the meditation lifestyle. Meditation is great for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well being.

We always have a lot of fun playing Scrabble and other word games, whether we win or lose. All level of players are welcome. Snacks are provided along with extra game boards, dictionaries and useful tip sheets. Our style is "kitchen table" Scrabble, as we discuss what rules to agree on before we start the game.
