A group designed to create active healthy lifestyles through nutrition and activities for men and women of the Lynchburg area. Weather you are trying to lose weight, gain weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle nutrition is of the utmost importance. We will be holding educational classes, lifestyle events, and community outreach events to promote healthy eating as a part of everyday life. Anyone can join and children are welcome as well.
